Giving Tree

St. Mary’s Parish will continue the tradition of sponsoring families through the Crawford County Department of Health and Human Services for Christmas. Tags with the items needed for these families will be placed on the Giving Tree in the gathering space of the Church. If you are able to help this holiday, please take a tag from the tree and return the item listed UNWRAPPED to the church no later than Tuesday, December 3rd. Our Giving Tree will be available November 9th to December 3rd.

There will also be containers in the entrance for nonperishable food and household items for the Christian Help Center. The Help Center could use the following items:

  • canned goods of any kind
  • cereal
  • pasta rich dishes
  • canned sliced potatoes
  • chunk pineapple
  • boxed potatoes of any kind
  • dish soap
  • deodorant
  • shampoo
  • toothpaste
  • body wash / body soap
  • men’s and women’s razors
  • laundry detergent

The people of St. Mary’s have always been very giving both during the holidays and beyond. We continue to be witnesses to Jesus and our faith with our willingness to help others. May this holiday season bring you and your family joy, good health, and much needed peace. Thank you for your continued support of those in our community.
